1. for the processing of personal data in activities subject to European Union law, both the Regulation and the law, with the exception of Part 1 to Part 3 of the Act.
2. for the processing of personal data in activities which are not subject to European Union law as a whole,
3. for the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing criminal proceedings to the competent authorities, with the exception of selected provisions of Part 3 of the draft law Basic principles that are the subject of the GDPR solution:

2. Purpose Limitation Principle §7 - Verify that personal data are collected for an expressly stated and legitimate purpose (to collect only data that are defined in the laws applicable to the accommodation).
3. Principle of minimization of personal data §8 - to verify that the processed personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to the extent necessary.
4. Principle of accuracy §9 - the data to be processed must be correct and, where necessary, updated
5. Principles of Minimization of Storage §10 - have a fixed period for storing personal data, taking into account the purpose of their processing
6. Principle of integrity and confidentiality §11 - to assess whether adequate security of personal data is guaranteed, including protection against unauthorized processing of personal data.
7. Principle of liability §12 - the operator is responsible for observing the basic principles of the processing of personal data, the compliance of the processing of personal data with the principles of personal data processing and is required to demonstrate compliance with the principles of processing of personal data at the request of the Office.
