SANARIUM turns sauna according to taste to a tropical bath, hot bath, gentle steam or herbal bath. You can choose what you like and what suits you best. At a temperature from about 60°C and a controlled humidity of 55%, you will find the best possible environment for relaxation and well-being.

In addition, the rest in SANARIUM is ideal to regenerate your body. Varying between beneficial heat and cooling strengthens the immune system and blood circulation.

In short: the whole metabolism is running faster. And as a bonus SANARIUM cares for your delicate skin and detoxifies the body. Body and spirit are again brought into equilibrium.

FINNISH SAUNA

The Finnish sauna has beneficial effects on our health. It is excellent in the prevention of various diseases and increases the body's resistance. Sweat from the body passed along all the toxins and subsequent cooling increases our hardening. Sauna is suitable for those who want to take care of your body, it is used for the regeneration and overall relaxation physically and mentally.

Sauna bathing is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, with skin and respiratory diseases, with heart problems, the common cold, flu and allergies.

Steam sauna

STEAM SAUNA

A steam room, a room with a temperature of 45-55°C and high humidity (up to 100%). Its effects include the relaxation of muscles of the locomotor apparatus resulting in overall relaxation. It is also known as turkish bath. Higher air temperature also helps to increase the body's perspiration and therefore the elimination of toxic substances. It strengthens the immune system, weakened especially after various severe infectious diseases. Steam bath has beneficial effects on the skin regeneration.

Recommended length of stay in steam sauna is 15 minutes, then it is advised to cool the body properly - eg. in cooling pool or ice shower and let the body relax.

The procedure can be repeated several times (up to three times).
