Safety Instructions
- Every visitor is required to shower with soap before entering the wellness centre.
- Access to the pool is permitted only in swimwear. Other types of bathing clothing are not allowed.
- Visitors suffering from skin diseases, elevated body temperature, or those under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances are not permitted to enter the wellness centre.
- The hotel operator accepts no responsibility for injuries caused by a visitor's own negligence or failure to comply with the pool rules.
- Every visitor is required to follow the instructions of the staff responsible for the smooth operation and order of the wellness centre.
- Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to enter without the supervision of a parent or another responsible adult.
- Parents are required to provide swimming diapers for children who need them for hygiene reasons.
- Parents are fully responsible for the safe movement and supervision of their children throughout the wellness centre.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children behave in accordance with the operating rules and internal regulations applicable throughout the wellness centre and pool area.
In the pool area:
- For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to jump into the pool, shout, whistle, make excessive noise, run (risk of slipping), push or submerge other persons, or throw other persons into the water.
- It is prohibited to enter areas not designated for visitors, spit on the floor or into the water, apply creams or oils before bathing, or enter the pool without washing beforehand.
- The consumption of food, alcoholic beverages, and other intoxicating substances is prohibited in the wellness centre.
- Entering the pool without showering and proper personal hygiene is prohibited.
- Entering the pool area in footwear is strictly prohibited.
- Visitors are not permitted to request services from staff that are contrary to the pool rules, use the first aid kit without authorization, or call for help in the water without a valid reason.
In the sauna area:
- Entry to the sauna is strictly prohibited for children under 10 years of age.
- Children over 10 years of age may enter the sauna only when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children behave in accordance with the operating rules and internal regulations applicable throughout the wellness centre, including the pool and sauna areas.
- When entering the sauna, visitors must be naked and wrapped in a sauna sheet.
- Enter the sauna naked and dry to achieve the best sweating effect and maximum sauna benefits.
Contraindications
When is massage or therapy not recommended?
- Massage therapy and treatments are not recommended immediately after consuming a heavy meal.
- Massage is not recommended immediately after excessive physical exertion, severe fatigue, or exhaustion.
- Massage treatments are not performed during pregnancy or the postpartum period.
- Massage is not suitable for individuals with infectious diseases, elevated body temperature, or cancer.
- Areas affected by skin inflammations (ulcers, fungal infections), skin injuries (abrasions, wounds, etc.), or skin lesions such as moles are not treated.
- Areas with significantly enlarged glands are not massaged.
- Areas affected by injuries, bruises, or other post-traumatic conditions are not massaged.
- Abdominal massage is strictly prohibited in cases of abdominal pain, ovarian pain, or during menstruation.
Contraindications for therapy
Fever, colds (especially during flu season), infections and inflammations of the skin or respiratory tract, cancer and oncological conditions, tuberculosis (TB), hemophilia and other bleeding disorders, advanced osteoporosis, purulent skin diseases, skin rashes, recent surgery, blood pressure disorders and cardiovascular diseases.
When should you consult a doctor?
In case of heart disease (history of heart attack, cardiac arrhythmias, high blood pressure, etc.), diabetes, epilepsy, chronic skin diseases, varicose veins, or during pregnancy.
